- Mr. Stefan Golubciuc is one of the leading national experts in the area of fruits and vegetables processing, with over 40 years of experience in key positions in various large enterprises specialized in fruits and vegetables processing. In his capacity of SPERANTA-CON President, Mr. Stefan Golubciuc actively contributes to the development of the processing sector, being a loyal promoter of the interests of all processors, regardless of their size or sub-sector of activities.

- The current Association activity is managed by the Executive Director – Mr. Mircea Manoli, who ensures the direct achievement of the Association goals, set by the General Assembly of the Association’s Members Mr. Mircea Manoli is the key person who ensures the effective communication and representation of the interests of Association’s members in the areas of advocacy, improvement of national legal framework, optimization of subsidies, taxes and tariffs related to processing activity, insuring productive communication with state bodies.
